Framework agreement involving VAT legal and accounting assistance

Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority invites to an open tender competition where the objective is to enter into framework agreements for consultancy services to the Awarding Authority’s finance and administration department. The agreements may also be entered into by other departments belonging to the Awarding Authority. 2 framework agreements shall be entered into:
1. Legal assistance related to VAT.
2. Accounting assistance with implementation and interpretation of current laws and regulations related to governmental accounting standards and other related accounting and finance problems. The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or both framework agreement(s). This means that the existing tender documents are to be considered bipartite.
Tenders for both framework agreements can be merged to one tender, but notice that both tender forms must be completed. Discounts shall not be offered, conditioned by the company is awarded both agreements.

A statement of the number of employees in the company‘s department who offers this expertise and their level of expertise, including personnel working with assignment for government agencies. The Awarding Authority request a more exact indication of expertise than e.g. “Our employees have a general, high level of expertise”.

Remember that the tender documents are bipartite: If tenders are given for only one of the two areas, it is sufficient to substantiate professional capacity for this area.
