Framework agreement - infrastructure

Arrive, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into overall framework agreements for the area infrastructure. Infrastructure is in this contract divided in 4 areas, and the tenderer is invited to submit tenders for one area or several. It may also be relevant to make use of consultancy services for the requested products. The annual contract value/volume is estimated to 4 000 000 NOK.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Annual reports for the previous 3 years,

— Credit appraisal from an independent credit rating agency.

The requested documentation shall be related to the unit (with organisation number) liable for the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Signed self-declaration describing environmental system or copy of valid certificate in case the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO or EMAS.

Overview of principal, relevant assignment for the previous 3 years. The Awarding Authority shall be given authority to contact the reference person.

Overview of total manpower and for which products the tenderer provides services and courses. Brief description of business and core competence.

Description of the quality assurance system. Certificates, if any.

Signed self-declaration regarding social and ethical conditions, compare annex K. If the tenderer is certified in compliance with SA-8000 or member of “Initiative to ethical trade”, certificates thereof shall be presented.
