Hedmark County and Ringsaker municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into framework agreements with several service providers which shall cover the Awarding Authority’s requirement for bus services. school transport of students to and from schools are not included in this contract. The contract includes all of the Awarding Authority’s activities. The framework agreement shall cover some scheduled bus transport, but shall mainly involve touring coach, hiring of motor coaches and mini buses with drivers.
