Framework agreement hardware
The awarding authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for regular procurements of hardware. This involves PCs, servers and network equipment.
The awarding authority currently has servers and the accompanying equipment from HP, network equipment from CISCO, PCs from different manufacturers and simple network printers from Lexmark and HP.
Key information:
— 3 municipalities (Marker, Aremark and Rømskog),
— The owner municipalities have a total of approx. 6 000 inhabitents,
— Approx. 350 users with their own PCs or thin clients and 800 pupils – approx. 200 PCs in a separate network,
— Operation of 55 different applications for the owner municipalities,
— The awarding authority currently has 4 employees.
The contract’s extent.
The awarding authority as estimated the procurement of IT-hardware/equipment to approx. 750 000 NOK per annum based on historical figures. This is subject to budget changes both ways. The volumes are estimates based on statistics and obtained information.
