Framework agreement - furniture and fixtures for the Norwegian Maritime Authority

The Norwegian Maritime Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of furniture and fixtures. The framework agreement shall primarily be entered into for the Awarding Authority’s head office located in Smedasundet 50 A, Haugesund, Norway.
The head office was established and furnished in 2006. The requirement for furniture will in this context include supplement of existing furniture. It may also be relevant to purchase furniture and fixtures to the Awarding Authority’s 19 locations along the Norwegian coast. The tenderers are asked to inform which locations they wish to deliver to. However, the Awarding Authority do not require the tenderers to deliver to all locations.

However, the Awarding Authority emphasis that guarantees regarding volume during the contract period cannot be given. No requirements related to documentation. The Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal of the tenderer from Dun&Bradstreet or equivalent. The tenderer must as a minimum achieve rating A, worthy of credit, or equivalent.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial ability and guarantee to comply with the contractual obligations.

List of reference of the tenderer’s 5 principal deliveries during the previous 3 years with relevance to the products included in this framework agreement. The list shall contain information of name of contact, the extent of the assignment as well as duration. Description of delivery and function the tenderer had in the delivery must also be included. If sub-suppliers are involved in the entire delivery or parts of it, their list of reference shall also be submitted.
