DSS shall, on behalf of all those described in the tender documents pointi 2.4, enter into a framework agreement for furniture and fittings. The products are further described in the specifications and price form.
The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement to cover the ministries' joint needs. The tender competition is being held in cooperation with the joint ministries' users.

Qualification requirement:
— Sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, among other things, credit worthy without security will be sufficient.
Documentation requirement:
— Credit rating with key figures from a certified credit rating company or equivalent documentation that the requirement is fulfilled.
In cases where a supplier will use other companies’ financial and economic strength, signed confirmation from the other company that they are bound to the supplier must be enclosed with the tender.

Qualification requirement:
— At least 3 contracts in recent years that are relevant for this assignment. Relevant contracts means the delivery of furniture/fittings with an equivalent breadth and variation as stated in annex 1 of the contract and of the same extent as stated in point 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 in these tender documents,

— In order to ensure that the environmental requirements in the contract are adhered to, suppliers are required to have environment competence and routines for quality assurance for the products included in the tender.
Documentation requirement:
— Reference list of the supplier’s contracts in recent years that are relevant for this contract with the awarding authority’s name and if possible the value of the contract and reference. It must be clear what was delivered and which role the supplier had in the delivery,

— An account of the supplier’s environment competence and routines that document that the requirement regarding environment management is covered within furniture and fittings.
If this is described in the company’s quality or environment management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent 3rd party verified systems, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
In cases where a supplier will use other companies’ technical and professional qualifications, the supplier shall document for the awarding authority that it will be able to use the necessary resources at the stated sub supplier(s) during the contract phase. Confirmation that the supplier has such a right must come from the sub supplier himself and it must be signed. This shall be enclosed with the tender.
