Oslo Politidistrikt - Økonomiseksjonen

In 2011 Oslo Police District (henceforth referred to as OPD) had a consumption of fuel of 650 000 litres divided in 60/40 diesel/95 octane petrol.
The contract shall cover all requirements OPD has in connection to fuel and lubricants for vehicles. The products shall be delivered through the supplier’s local petrol stations.
The contract also includes other products at the petrol stations related to use of vehicles. Such products are flushing medium, oil chemicals, car wash, windshield wipers, light bulbs and other "continue driving" products. Orders of barrel related products shall be delivered to OPD Grønlandsleiret 44, represented by the workshop. The supplier shall present product data sheets in connection with these deliveries.
OPD requests a short-term solution where the supplier’s cards shall be included in each vehicle. The supplier must include holding number/ registration number on the cards. The contract shall not include filling of fuel at own facilities. Filling of fuel on vehicles shall be from the supplier’s own pumps.
OPD will not enter into any binding agreement regarding volume. OPD expects to receive marked leading prices.
