Framework agreement for safety alarm arrangements, safety alarms, key boxes and services

This contract will be managed by Vestfold Public Procurement Cooperation, VOIS, with Nøtterøy municipality as the secretariat and it comprises framework agreements for:
1. Framework agreement for safety alarm arrangements.
The contract field comprises reception, health assessments/sieving and further communication of safety alarms automatically set off or manually by the user who is awarded an alarm by the relevant municipality.
The service is presumed to be carried out independently of whether the municipality owns or rents the alarm equipment.
2. Framework agreement for procurements, purchase or rent of equipment (bulk deliveries and supplements).
The contract field comprises new, unused safety alarms, sensors and key boxes with technical service in the guarantee period.
Participants will always have the right during the framework agreement to carry out testing and the procurement of new technology independent of this contract. Development work is being carried out in the municipalities in Vestfold as regards welfare technology that can lead to new system/technological systems. The contract is therefore subject to separate tender competition(s) in the contract period where the contract party has the right to participate.
3 On site services.
The contract field comprises placement/assembly/disassembly/inspection of equipment (alarm, sensors, and key boxes) and battery changes locally at users.
The service comprises equipment independent of whether this is owned or rented by the respective municipalities.
