Framework agreement for operational leasing and procurement of multifunctional machines

The competition is for a framework agreement that shall cover the procurement and/or hire of photocopiers and multifunctional machines as well as a service contract for them for Aremark, Askim, Eidsberg, Hobøl, Marker, Rakkestad, Rømskog, Skiptvet, Spydeberg and Trøgstad municipalities.
The awarding authority shall have a print out and photocopy system that is based on variety limitation multifunctional machines that shall cover the need for print outs, photocopies and scanning. It is important for the awarding authority that the machines are environmentally friendly and maintain a good standard within their area of use.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract is for new procurements – i.e. the contracts that currently exist will run until they expire. Then new contracts shall be signed with the framework agreement supplier. This means there will be a staggered replacement of machines during the contract period.
The awarding authority would like prices for both the hire of multifunctional machines and the procurement of multifunctional machines. The awarding authority would primarily like a framework agreement with a main supplier for the whole assignment. But the price for the hire and the price for procurement will be assessed separately, so there can be one supplier for hire and one supplier for procurement.
The framework agreement is for the awarding authority’s procurement of multifunctional machines, a service contract and any additional equipment / additional services.
The awarding authorities would like tenders for:
— Procurement of new machines,
— Hire of new machines,
— Service contract / click price.
