Framework agreement for network equipment, service contract and associated consultancy services

The aim is to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of network equipment as well as a service contract and consultancy services for operating the network equipment.
The competition consists of 2 lots:
1) New framework agreement and immediate procurement and installations of new switches for client access network for the floor distributor rooms with the necessary service contract. The framework agreement will also cover further procurements of switches and network consultancy services for the access network as needed in the period. An NAC system shall be installed together with the switches;
2) New framework agreement for Cisco network components in the computer rooms, including service contract, regular consultancy services/operational support and future expansions.
Tenderers can give a tender for only point 1 or point 2 or for both. The total value of the contract is estimated to approx. 3 000 000 NOK.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier (i.e. the company that gives a tender) shall enclose a credit rating from a certified credit institution/company. The credit rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so called rating and it shall include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The credit rating shall not be worse than A (credit worthy) or equivalent if another rating is used (number judgements). Tenders from suppliers with a rating lower than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be assessed.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
It is a prerequisite that the supplier has a system for quality assurance, clear ethical guidelines and a thought through environment profile.
Quality assurance and the environment profile shall be documented with relevant certificates or a self-declaration. Ethical guidelines are to be enclosed. Any internet address for a detailed description of the quality assurance system is to be given.
