The Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet)

The procurement comprises maintenance and further development of The Competition Authority's websites (konkurransetilsynet.no, kofa.no and intranet Telegrafen), based on EPi Server, as well as a solution for enterprise reporting based on SQL server and integrated with Public 360.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract shall have a duration of 1 year, with an option for award authority to extend the contract by up to a maximum of 4 years, 1 year at a time. Any extension shall be agreed in writing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

Dun & Bradstreet's rating A, or equivalent. Rating-report from credit evaluation company shall be attached. The report shall be based on last year's, or newer, accounting figures. (Possible companies are, for example, Soliditet, Experian and Proff Forvalt).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Supplier shall have satisfactory economy and financial strength in regards to their company in general, and especially in regards to this procurement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Supplier shall have at least 2 certified EPi Server developers, and have supplied at least 3 different web solutions based on EPi Server in the last 3 years.

— At least 1 of these solutions shall be especially adapted to mobile units,

— At least 1 of these solutions shall use an integration of EPi Server and SharePoint.

Supplier shall complete attachment 4 – reference schema, regarding relevant supplies in the last 3 years, including value, dates etc. (Any evaluations from references shall first be used in the award criteria).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Supplier shall have good competence with the publication solution used by The Competition Authority.

Supplier shall have the capacity necessary to carry out the assignment.
