The Development and Skills Service invites suppliers to an open tender contest in connection with the signing of an agreement for the purchase of light sources to Oslo's municipal enterprises. tenders are requested for purchase and supply of i.e.:
— energy saving bulbs,
— halogen lamps,
— compact fluorescent,
— fluorescent,
— vapour lamps,
— spesial lamps,
— starters/ignitors.
Award authority estimates the value of the contract to be approx. 7 000 000 per year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement):

— suppliers shall be up-to-date with their tax and VAT payments,

— suppliers shall submit a HSE self-declaration,

— suppliers shall be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— supplier's last annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures,

— award authority will, on their own initiative obtain a credit evaluation/rating from Experian for all suppliers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— the supplier shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— supplier shall give an overview with short descriptions of the supplier’s most important contracts in the last 3 years, including information on the delivery, value, public or private customer and date of the delivery,

— the supplier shall give a description of methods for quality assurance system, including a content overview of the quality assurance system, as well as information about any certificates.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— good experience from equivalent assignments with a high number of delivery points and similar complete scope,

— a good and well functioning quality assurance system for the contractual services.
