Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

— The company shall fulfil legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety.

— Credit worthiness: The awarding authority will use Creditinform/Experian’s complete report in their assessment,

— Satisfactory finances to fulfil the contract: The company’s annual accounts or extracts thereof.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The company shall have a rating equivalent to credit worthy and shall otherwise have satisfactory finances to fulfil the assignment,

— If a company does not have the necessary qualifications itself, but will use other suppliers in order to be qualified, equivalent documents for these companies must be enclosed. In addition a binding statement must be provided in accordance with point 2.2 in the tender documents part I.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

— Qualifications: the company’s most relevant contracts in the last three years, including their value, date and recipient – company and reference persons must be given,

— Competence and ability to fulfil the contract: organisation plan for the assignment that shows the offered personnel in the various key positions. CV for the offered key personnel in the organisation plan. The CVs shall include experience, age, education, language knowledge, relevant reference assignments and which role the person had in these assignments. Relevant competence in accordance with the requirements shall be apparent in the CV.

If a company does not have the necessary qualifications itself, but will use other suppliers in order to be qualified, equivalent documents for these companies must be enclosed. In addition a binding statement must be provided in accordance with point 2.2 in the tender documents part I.

— Qualifications: The company shall have satisfactory technical and professional qualifications in accordance with this contract,

— Competence etc. The offered organisation and personnel shall have satisfactory competence and the ability to fulfil the contract. Key personnel shall speak and write good Norwegian and shall have specific competence within site surveys, taking measurements, advisory and consultancy services for working out fitting proposals for kitchens,

— Ability to fulfil the contract: The supplier shall have sufficient ability to fulfil the contract.
