Framework agreement for furniture for schools, nurseries offices and institutions

Drammen kommune

Drammen municipality would like to enter into framework agreements with the product groups school, office, nursery and institution furniture. One - 1 - supplier will be chosen within each product group. Tenders can be given for one or several of the product groups. The tenders must have be apparent for each group as the economically most advantageous tender will be chosen within each category. The framework agreement's main period will be two - 2 - years with the awarding authority having an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. The maximum contract period will therefore be four - 4 years.

The awarding authority will obtain credit information from the credit company AAA Soliditet AS.

A solidity rating equivalent to A is required in accordance with the rating undertaken by the credit rating company AAA Soliditet AS.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);

(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Tenderers shall enclose documentation of membership in Grønt Punkt Norge.

Tenderers shall state the company's most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including the date and the recipient's telephone number and e-mail address.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Tenderers shall give an account of the existing routines that document that they have relevant environmental competence. Relevant environmental competecne means routines that ensure that the offered products do not include forbidden substances or substance mixtures, or illegally high concentrations of strictly regulated substances in accordance with the regulations from 6.1.2004 no. 922 (the product regulations). Tenderers shall be members of Grønt Punkt Norge. A valid certificate shall be enclosed.

*Experience and competence.

Experience is required from equivalent assignments.

The prices are fixed in the contract's first 12 months. Suppliers can thereafter request price changes based on SSB Table 03013 sub group level 1: Furniture, fitting and decoration articles, Statistics variable: 12 months change (percent number).
