Framework agreement for contractor services water and sewage

Rana kommune

Rana municipality would like to enter into the following framework agreements:
— procurement of contractor services with machines, crew and equipment for up to 3 contractors,
— the contract will have a financial limit of approx. 2 000 000 - 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The contract will be for 1 year with an option for an extension of 1+1 year. The contract will start immediately after it has been signed. The estimated volume is not binding for the municipality,
— the assignments will often have a minimal description or detailed plans already worked out, but the works on water and sewage installations shall be carried out in accordance with the municipal engineering norm,
— contractors shall make a simple SHA plan with risk analyses for each project that shall be carried out,
— the municipality will use the chosen contractor actively for consultancy for solving and carrying out each assignment.
