Framework agreement for consultant assistance with the introduction of a new national geoportal

The delivery includes the consultancy services in relation to the planning, analysis, design and implementation of new national Geo Portal.
The procurement includes the following sections:
— Consultancy services in connection with the analysis and planning with the process for the introduction of a new national Geo Portal,
— Consultancy services with the mapping of existing solutions and the available technology on the site,
— Consultancy services with the work of analyzing the system's user requirements and area of application. Assist kartverket, the awarding authority, with preparation of appurtenant UML models and diagrams,
— Consultancy services in connection with work on the design of the systems architecture. During the design phase an emphasis will be placed on the design and model for the entire application for the new national Geo Portal,
— Consultancy services in connection with the preparation of specifications for the new national Geo Portal,
— Consultancy services in connection with the follow-up of work on the implementation of the new national Geo Portal. This includes assistance for monitoringand follow-up of the selected supplier,
— Assisting Kartverket, the awarding authority, with smaller development tasks and adaptation of the technology in relation to national Geo Portal,
— Consultancy services in connection with the preparation of the overall competence plan,
— Consultancy services in conjunction with the accompanying competence measures, workshops, courses and conferences.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The awarding authority has an option to extend the agreement with the same terms by one year. That is, up until to the 31.12.2015.
Any prospective option must be used within 3 months before the contract period expires.
