This procurement is for a framework agreement for consultancy - ICT.
In the autumn of 2012 NOKUT adopted an ICT strategy, with major acquisitions within the ICT sector, within systems, operations and ICT tools. Implementation of the strategy will be achieved through a large scale ICT project, which will run over several years (2013-2016).
In connection with the ICT project NOKUT needs advice and assistance within the various procurement processes and the implementation of the ICT project.
NOKUT wishes to enter into an agreement for the duration of 1 year, with an option for an extension by a further 1+1+1 year(s). It is estimated that the amount of counseling will amount to 2 100 total hours during the entire project period (3-4 years).
