Framework agreement for bank services and administration of start loan

Fredrikstad Kommune

The procurement is divided up into two groups:
— Group 1: Main bank contract for Fredrikstad municipality, including FREVAR KF,
— Group 2: Administration of a start loan and grant in Fredrikstad municipality.
Tenderers can give tenders for one or both groups. Each group will be assessed separately and separate contracts will be signed for each group.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. In order to register your interest in this tender and get access to documents you have to copy and paste the link into your internet browser.

All tenders shall be submitted electronically via Visma, visma.no/tendsign by the deadline for receipt of tenders.
