Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement);

(6) Other documentation required (please state below).

— Foreign tenderers shall present certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian,

— Foreign tenderers shall substantiate that the company is registered in the trade index or the Register of Business Enterprises as required in the legislation where the supplier is established,

— The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT,

— The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

The tenderer’s 2 most recent annaual accounts including notes, the board’s annual reports and the auditor’s reports, as well as recent information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

Credit appraisal/rating not older than one year. The rating shall be carried out by an approved credit rating agency.

If the tenderer has valid reason for not presenting such documentation, the tenderer can substantiate the economic and financial position with any document acceptable for the Awarding Authority.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations,

— The tenderer shall be creditworthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

— List of the 5 principal, relevant deliveries or provided services for the previous 3 years, including information of values, dates, and names of the public of private recipients (§17-9),

— Statement of the company’s quality assurance system, possibly copy of certificate issued by a public quality control institution,

— Documentation showing that the company is approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for production of food articles,

— HES self-declaration shall be filled in (§17-15), see Annex 7.

The company’s environmental status shall be confirmed in connection with completion of the attached form. Environmental requirements for the company (§17-13.2), see Annex 8.

— The tenderer shall attach a self-declaration which confirms that the salary and working conditions are in accordance with Norwegian (or relevant countries) agreements, e.g. tariff agreement, see Annex 4,

— If the tenderer intends to engage sub-suppliers with production locations in countries outside EU/EEA, it shall be guaranteed that international agreements for working environment and employees rights are fulfilled.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Experience from corresponding assignments is required,

— An efficient quality assurance system is required,

— The company shall be approved for production of food articles,

— The Awarding Authority will require and established HES system,

— The Awarding Authority will have requirements in relation to…
