Framework agreement, environmental analyses

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, c/o Futura Department Environment, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement of environmental analyses. This applies for laboratory analyses of earth, water and sediment samples.
The Awarding Authority administers and disposes (sell/demolish/restore) properties, buildings and facilities (EBA) for the Norwegian Armed Forces. In connection with this, the Awarding Authority shall conduct environmental studies of earth, water, sediments, building materials, waste as well as flora and fauna related to the properties.
The objective of the studies is to confirm any pollution which results in requirements for measures on and/or monitoring of the Norwegian Armed Forces’ properties. It will be emphasised that the assignments are carried out in accordance with the prevailing regulations and statutory framework, particularly the pollution-control act, the pollution-control regulations, waste regulations, the water regulations and other relevant regulations, as well as other public guideline materials (the list is not complete).
It may also be relevant to request the laboratory to conduct chromatogram interpretation.
