Norges Bank shall enter into a framework agreement with a service provider for electrician services and accompanying materials as needed.
The works consists of operation, maintenance, disassembly and reassembly and new installations.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner: The awarding authority will have an option to extend the contract for 2+2 years.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
— The service provider shall have his tax, VAT and payroll tax payments in order,
— The service provider shall have a well functioning HSE system,
— The service provider shall be a legally established company,
— The service provider shall ensure orderly wage and work terms for their employees (documentation requirement: self-declaration on wage and work terms).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Annual accounts for the last two years including the board's annual report, notes and the auditor's statement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Service providers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Core competence,
— Overview of the company’s total manpower relevant for this contract,
— Organisation chart of the company,
— If a tenderer will use other companies’ capacity, the service provider shall document to the awarding authority that it can use the necessary resources, for example, by enclosing a binding statement on this from these companies.
A list shall be enclosed of similar and relevant contracts in the last three years, including information on:
— Date of completion,
— Assignments,
— Contact person with tel no./e-mail address,
— A general account of the quality assurance system that the service provider will use to ensure the delivery and quality of the assignment during the framework agreement. A contents list of the quality assurance system shall be enclosed.
If the service provider is certified in accordance with ISO standards or similar, the certificate shall be enclosed.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Service providers shall have good capacity. This must be documented by a minimum of 10-15 employees,
— Service providers shall have good experience from similar contracts,
— Service providers shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.
