The Norwegian Coastal Administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for development services for the Awarding Authority’s joint geodata infrastructure. The development services are exclusively further development of components related to the infrastructure, including web map systems, associated filing systems as well as related services.
