A framework agreement is wanted for ICT courses/training for final users in the joint ministries. The joint ministries consist of 18 ministries of which 13 are on a joint ICT platform. There are a total of approx. 3 000 users in the joint ministries. The majority of the users are executive officers, there are however also minor groups of specialists in MS Office products, as well as some users with special competenc.
