Framework agreement contractor services for MOOF, MOØS and NFV

Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester

The procurement is divided into a total of 6 independent competitions divided between machine/site services and construction contractor services.
Forsvarsbygg national fortifications heritage is a business area in Forsvarsbygg. This contract also applies to deliveries to those within the areas that geographically make up the market areas Oslo fjord and Østlandet.
The geographical division is:
1. Market area Østlandet (all the 3 sub areas must be offered, but separate price lists can be filled in for the areas):
SUB AREA I: Hamar, Elverum, Løten, Stange and Åmot (Rena camp) municipalities.
SUB AREA II: Lillehammer municipality as well as installations/buildings in Brøttum, Land and Raufoss.
SUB AREA III: Dovre municipality.
2. Market area Oslo fjord part 1
Kongsvinger municipality (Kongsvinger fort, Bæreia and Vardåsen), Kjeller, Gardermoen, South-Gardermoen, Sessvollmoen, Hauerseter, Nordkisa, Trandum/RTV and Steinsjøen shooting range.
3. Market area Oslo fjord part 2 (all the sub areas must be offered, but separate price lists can be filled in for the areas):
SUB AREA I: Østfold: Halden municipality (including Fredriksten fort), Moss municipality (including Rygge main air station), Fredrikstad municipality and Oscarsborg.
SUB AREA II: Vestfold I: Horten municipality (including Karljohansvern), Mågerø and Fredriksvern.
SUB AREA III: Kongsberg (including Heistadmoen and Hengsvann) and Hønefoss municipality.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Information and formalities necessary for the assessment of whether the criteria are met:
— Suppliers shall have the necessary capacity to fulfil the contract,
— Especially for machine/site services: Mechanical equipment that the supplier will use for this framework agreement shall be in good technical condition and it shall fulfil all the public requirements set for each piece of equipment,
— Especially for construction contractors: (Painters, masonry, concrete and joinery services). The supplier (as a company) shall have good experience and competence in the execution of the works covered by this contract. As a part of this requirement suppliers are required to achieve local certification for the areas covered by the contract.
