Framework agreement consulting sevices deplyment of Norway's election system (EVA)

KRD has procured a new election system for Norway (EVA). This covers both electronic voting, scanning of voting slips and an election administration system with voters and election results. The system was tested in 10 selected municipalities in the election in 2011 and it shall be rolled out to all of the country’s 429 municipalities and 19 counties.
The operation, administration and further development of the system will be managed by the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development (KRD). KRD has approx. 15 of its own employees who are responsible for this. In order to supplement KRD’s own competence, separate framework agreements shall be signed for the following fields:
K-1 Testing of complex IT-systems
K-2 Deplyment of complex IT-systems
K-3 Procurement
