Framework agreement, consulting engineer services for investments and maintenance projects

Sandnes kommune

Each year the Awarding Authority (Property department) executes several major and minor investments and maintenance projects based on the all time prevailing financial plan.
In connection with this, the Awarding Authority intends to enter into framework agreements for consultancy engineer services for the following disciplines:
1. Project manager (PL).
2. Engineering design manager (PGL).
3. Construction manager (BL).
4. Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB).
5. Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE).
6. Consulting engineer HVAC (RIV).
In connection with the discipline consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), the Awarding Authority will have option for consulting engineer services for the disciplines consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RIBR), consulting engineer Acoustics (RIAKU) and Consulting engineer Geotechnics (RIG). For the discipline consulting engineer HVAC (RIV), the Awarding Authority will have option for energy consultancy services.
The Awarding Authority intends to enter into framework agreements with 3 service providers per discipline, provided that there are 3 suitable service providers and tenders. See the tender documents with annexes for complete description of the tender contest.
