The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and the Norwegian Armed Forces, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites individual or coadjutant tenderers to submit tenders for a framework agreement regarding construction materials. All market areas shall be included in the agreement, except the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency’s hire, market area East Norway. Compare annex 1. The tenderer shall be worthy of credit and present credit appraisal of the tenderer, not older than 6 months. The appraisal shall be issued by an independent participant with licence for this.
The tenderer or tenderers shall in total substantiate a turnover of 10 000 000 NOK for the most recent fiscal year.
