Drammen kommune

The aim of the contract is to take care of employers’ legally imposed obligations as regards the Working Environment Act’s § 3-3 with accompanying regulations, as well as allowing for healthy and safe working conditions.
The contract is for the whole of the municipality group. This currently consists of 41 entities, 5 municipal companies and 4 intermunicipal cooperations (§27). The number of employees in the whole group is approx. 4300.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract will be valid for 2 years from when it is signed. The contract will include a unilateral option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

The service provider shall have sufficient financial ability to fulfil his obligations within the estimated frameworks for the contract. Each tenderer will be credit rated by the awarding authority via.

Solidietet’s internet based “direct reply model”.

The awarding authority will state the rating that the awarding authority itself believes to be in accordance with the contract’s total risk. The minimum requirement for the rating for this contract will be A. Tenderers that do not achieve A because they are newly established or under establishment must give a reason for this in the tender. The awarding authority will obtain the documentation for the credit rating itself.

Companies that, due, among other reasons, to the company form, are not credit rating by AAA Soliditet, will be assess by the awarding authority based on the financial key figures, the accounting and auditor’s report. These tenderers shall enclose documentation for this for the last three years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall be certified by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority in accordance with FOR 2009-09-10 no. 1173: Regulations on employer’s use of certified company health services and on certification of company health services, latest version.

This is to be documented by enclosing a copy of the authorisation.
