Framework agreement catering products

Kristiansund kommune

Nii, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into an agreement for purchase of catering products. The deliveries shall cover the Awarding Authority’s participating municipalities' requirements for catering products and shall ensure the municipalities’ access to these products with emphasis on high quality, right price and delivery time during the agreement period. The major users of the agreement is commercial kitchens and nursing homes included in the participating municipalities.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement on identical conditions with up to 1+1 year(s). It is emphasised that the supplier can provide packing materials in the participating municipalities’ kitchens. It is option during the agreement period to call-off orders placed against the agreement by each municipality when entering into the contract agreement. For further information see the requirement specifications’ point 2. 7.6.

Documentation showing membership in approved scheme for collection and recycling of the products included in the agreement.
