Framework agreement auditing services for UDI, department RMA

UDI is continually working with developing the structure for reception and case handling.
In relation to the focus on contract follow up and qualitative assessment of external cooperation partners, the Directorate c/o RMA would like to enter into a framework agreement with an auditor for further follow up.
The assignment comprises the necessary auditing services connected to contract follow up of external cooperation partners. The main part of the assignment will be follow up of cooperation partners within social welfare with particular focus on problems within the law for working environment, safety and welfare.
We would, with this background, to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider for the above mentioned services.
The contract length is 2 years, with an option for UDI for an extension of 1+1 year.
As the Directorate has not had an equivalent contract previously, attention is drawn to the fact that the contract extent is uncertain. The chosen service provider must therefore be prepared that the contract’s extent can vary from just a few assignments to a more considerable amount.
The Directorate does not want to enter into a binding framework agreement.
The chosen service provider must however be aware that the first assignment/call-off will occur immediately when the framework agreement is signed.
