Oslo Kommune Rådhusets forvaltningstjeneste

Rådhusets forvaltningstjeneste (Oslo Town Hall's procurement services) shall enter into an agreement with one provider of architectural and interior architectural services. The agreement shall cover award authority's requirements for architectural assistance and advice in the design, replacement, rehabilitation and new acquisitions related to construction measures and interior of the Town Hall's facade, office suites, banqueting rooms and technical areas. If necessary, the agreement may also include assignments relating to Heftyetunet at Frognerseteren.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
— Service provider shall be up-to-date with payment of taxes and VAT,
— Service provider shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Service provider's most recent annual accounts including notes, management accounts and auditor's notes, as well as recent information of relevance to service provider's accounts,
— Award authority will obtain credit information on the service providers. Award authority will use Experian as their source.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Service provider shall have the financial capacity to carry out the contract,
— Good solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below)
— Service provider shall list the most important relevant reference projects in the last 3 years, where.

— Documentation on service provider's quality assurance/quality control system. If service provider is certified a copy of the system certificate, issued by a certification body, must be submitted,
— Central approval or statement documenting that service provider is qualified for local approval in Enterprise class 2.

— Very good experience from equivalent assignments is required,
— Very good implementation ability is required,
— A good and well functioning quality assurance system for the contractual services is required,
— Public approval (where this is neccessary) for the contractual services is required.
