The assignment involves parallel framework agreements for architectural services, interior decorating services, engineering design group management and associated assignments in connection with large building projects for the Municipal Undertaking for School Buildings, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority. The assignment shall be rooted in minimum 7, maximum 10 parallel framework agreements.
The framework agreements are for 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation on initial contractual terms and conditions. The assignment is area wise limited to the assignments undertaken by the Awarding Authority, mainly the Oslo area.
The framework agreement will be in effect from March 2013.
Simultaneously with this tender contest, 2 additional tender contests are published. These contests concern framework agreements for engineering design services from consulting engineers, engineering design group management and associated assignments for large building projects undertaken by the Awarding Authority, as well as parallel framework agreements for architectural services and engineering design services with engineering design management and associated assignments for small building projects undertaken by the Awarding Authority.
Participation in several of the tender contests may have significance for the Awarding Authority's assessment of i.a. capacity further described in the qualification requirements. The Awarding Authority emphasise that there are some variations in the tender documents for the various tender contests. If the tenderers decide to submit tenders for more than one of the tender contests, the tenderers must ensure that each tender is complete with all requested documentation.
