Framework agreement, advertising agency services Multix/Belago

Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider for delivery of advertising agency services for the branded goods Multix and Belago. Multix and Belago is a combination of money games and services offered on a gambling terminal from the Awarding Authority.
Since August 2004, Multix has been present in Norwegian service industry and at some pubs and cafes. The concept is offered on selected arenas in cooperation with the Awarding Authority’s agents and local owners. Currently, the Awarding Authority has placed approx. 2 900 Multix terminals from north to south Norway and expected turnover this year will reach approx. 500 000 000 NOK for this category (game portfolio).
Belago replaces the former bingo machines and is meant for arrangements in bingo halls with approved bingo permission. Belago was introduced in the Norwegian bingo market in February 2011 and is experiencing a decent increase in turnover. Currently, the Awarding Authority has placed approx. 1 100 game terminals nationwide and cooperates with most of the leading bingo contractors in Norway.
Today, Belago is offered in most approved bingo halls in Norway. In 2012, the estimated net turnover for Belago is approx. 85 000 000 NOK. Both Multix and Belago contain an exciting game portfolio in cooperation with well-known national and international games providers. In order to play Multix and/or Belago, respectively, a customer relationship with the Awarding Authority must be established.
The advertising agency shall provide advertising services and market communication, including:
— Development of concepts, campaigns, profiling marketing and design in accordance with approved plans and budgets,
— Development of channels adapted communication systems,
— Prepare activities and campaigns particularly suitable for the end-user,
— Provide assistance in the strategic works related to the branded goods.
Assignments awarded the advertising agency shall be executed in accordance with an arranged work process together with a core team. Alteration of this must be agreed upon.
