Flåte Vannbehandlingsanlegg (Water Treatment Plant) - Turnkey contract

Bamble kommune

Bamble Vannverk (Water Company), with a production capacity of 680 m3 / h, supplies drinking water to all of Bamble Municipality’s 12,000 people and extensive industry and businesses. A new water treatment plant shall be built at Flåtevann with process ozone treatment, bio-filtration, carbonation and UV disinfection. The current chlorine treatment plant shall be retained.
This notice comprises a turnkey contract for the process/machine/ automation, mainly for placement of new process hall. The following shall be included:
— large ozone reaction chamber in stainless steel - two lines,
— large separate filter tanks in stainless steel for marble and bio filter respectively - two-stage filtration in two lines, including the filter materials,
— jet water pumps and compressor system for filter flushing,
— stainless steel pipes in the new process hall,
— ozone production facility and ozone mixing system located in old building,
— instrumentation for new process system,
— automation systems for the new process system,
— automated wiring and conduits for the new process system,
— commissioning and three-month trial.
(Other work and supplies are included in other contracts).
