Fitting light courtyards in the Petroleum Directorate's premises

OD has a need for the delivery and assembly of various furniture for fitting out light courtyards in our office building in Ullandhaug in Stavanger. OD will enter into a contract with one or several suppliers for deliveries in 2012 and 2013. The estimated value of the contract(s) is a total of 2 500 000 NOK.
OD estimates that approx. 70 % of the deliveries (measured in value) will be ordered and carried out in autumn 2012, whilst the remainder will be ordered and delivered in 2013. Attention is drawn to the fact that the lessor of the building, Entra Eiendom AS, shall pay for parts of the procurement and some of the invoice shall be sent directly to the lessor. OD is formally liable for the entire invoice amount.
The contract includes the delivery, assembly and placement of furniture and equipment.
OD has divided up the competition into 5 sub areas:
— Sub area 1: Rugs,
— Sub area 2: Lamps,
— Sub area 3: Sound absorbers,
— Sub area 4: Sofas,
— Sub area 5: Other seating furniture.
Suppliers can give a tender for one, several or all sub areas. Suppliers cannot have a condition of being awarded a contract for several sub areas. Such conditions will lead to the tender being rejected.
OD will hold a short voluntary site survey for interested suppliers 8.8.2012 (12:00), meet at OD’s reception. The aim of the site survey is to show the premises and the materials that the products shall be placed and assembled in.
