(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— The company's last annual accounts, including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

— The Award authority will obtain credit information for each provider.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Supplier shall have financial capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.

— Good solidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— CV for key personnel who will participate in this assignment.

— Explanations shall be given of procedures for staffing/cover for absence and waste disposal for this assignment.

— Supplier's three principal deliveries in the last 3 years with the values, dates and recipients /award authority. Including specified experience with listed buildings.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Very good experience from similar assignments is required.

— A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required.

— Experience is required from work performed on listed buildings by norms issued by the city conservation officer/Cultural Heritage.
