Turnkey contract. Lenvik municipality shall build a new school on two floors with a canteen and a library for approx. 350 pupils at Finnsnes. Adjacent to the school a building with a swimming pool and a multi-purpose hall shall be constructed. The assignment also includes relaying of main water pipes and construction of a lit walk/ski path, preparation of access roads, parking lots and bus stop for boarding and disembarking.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Tenders are requested for 2 options: Option one where the gymnasium in the multi-function hall is in accordance with drawings, 24 metres x 16 metres. Option two where the gymnasium in the multi-function hall is 24 metres x 12 metres.

The biggest option, option one, is evaluated first. This option will be used if it comes within the allocated budget. If it gets too expensive, all tenders will be re-evaluated for the lowest option.

Award authority also requests an option for the choice of materials for the swimming pool built of concrete covered with tiles.
