The procurement includes five sub- assignments:
Sub-assignment 1: Consultancy regarding dynamic asset allocation, including analyses of the macro economics, markets conditions and investments. For these sub-assignments the tenderer shall develop suitable methods for communicating and organising the consultancy service.
Sub-assignment 2: Reports of asset allocation, returns and risks with analyses, etc. For this sub-assignment the tenderer must select and discuss which reports are most suitable for indentifying result and risks for the various assets classes and are included in the concept “General approved standards and methods”.
Sub-assignment 3: Reports in relation to loan portfolio (borrowing and lending).
Sub-assignment 4: General financial consultancy services and support functions.
Sub-assignment 5: Assistance in connection with selection of asset managers.
Alternative tenders may be accepted. Regarding sub-assignment 5: It may be relevant to enter into framework agreements with several tenderers. See also the descriptions given in the tender documents/qualification criteria available upon requests to the Awarding Authority.

The tenderer must have required concession from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or equivalent authority in any EEA country.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
