Routines for environmental control:
The assignment will require that the supplier has established routines and systems which ensure low environmental impact in connection with the deliveries.
Documentation (shall be given in one of the following ways):
Description of the company's routines and systems related to chemical alternatives and - management, traceability of raw materials, recycling/ minimization of packaging.
If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system, in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent third party verified systems, valid certificate as well as copy of relevant routines shall be presented.
Requirement: Work with social responsibility - related to the supplier chain.
All suppliers who shall carry out deliveries/work in Norway must confirm that they are willing to initiate the requirement for social responsibility for the supplier chain, given in the ILO's core conventions and UN's children's convention.
Documentation:
Annex 4 - Self-declaration shall be presented which verify compliance with social responsibility related to the supplier chain.
