Bergen municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to procure two fully digitized x-ray apparatus for use at Bergen casualty clinic. This shall replace the existing equipment. The project shall be implemented ASAP and installation shall be executed and ready for test run during 2012.
The Awarding Authority requests a dependable, future oriented and efficient system. The machines shall be used in connection with all types of skeleton examinations, as well radiography of lunges and abdomens. The offered machines shall be complete with wall, table bukcy and roof rack. 3 detectors per x-ray rooms shall be included.
The tender shall also include a central secondary work station with diagnostic quality. It is requested that the tender includes several detector sizes.
Some of the detectors must also be able to be used loose on stretchers/tables and for inserted radiography, etc. The Awarding Authority requests tenders for 2 complete x-ray apparatus for high operation. The equipment must be suitable for skeleton examinations with and without screens and provide the images with high resolution, particularly in connection with in-depth diagnosis by using radiography of miniature skeletons.
In order to achieve best possible final quality and functionality, a fully integrated image plate system may be relevant as supplement. Tenders with and without CR plate system may be considered. The procurement also includes training of clinical and technical personnel as well as service and guarantees in accordance with specifications given in the tender documents.
