The agreement period is from and including 1.9.2012 until and including 31.8.2014. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 1+1 year(s). The contract will be prolonged automatically with 1 year at a time unless other notice is given. If the option is not to be released, the supplier will receive notification of this within 3 months prior to termination of the initial/prolonged contract period.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, showing minimum good credit worthiness. The rating shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The appraisal shall be executed by a publicly approved credit rating agency, e.g. AAA solidity.
