The contract involves operating/driving of heavy lift cranes/ portal jib cranes in accordance with booking and call-outs as well as requirement for crane services where the supplier shall provide both manpower and cranes of suitable sizes for the assignment (lifting capacity of minimum approx. 50 tonnes, maximum approx. 200 tonnes).
Assembly/installation of the supplier’s cranes is included in the assignment. Call-outs may apply for all weekdays, including red-letter days as well as all hours.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Overview of the number of employees, with expertise in driving /operating the cranes listed in Annex 1. The overview shall contain a list of all offered employees by names and description of competence.
Overview of cranes at the supplier’s disposal in connection with implementation of this contract, including their capacities.

Overview of cranes which will be at the supplier’s disposal in connection with implementation of this contract, including their capacities. The overview shall describe the lifting capacities of the cranes proposed for implementation of this contract.

The supplier must complete annex 4 - reference form, regarding the 3 principal, relevant deliveries for the previous 3 years, including their extent in hours or financial values, dates and awarding authorities or recipients.
Documentation requirement (shall be given in one of the following ways):
Description of the company’s routines in relation to quality control with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, the responsibility of the administration, manufacturing process and continuous analyses and improvement. If the supplier is ISO 9001:2001 certified, this certificate shall be enclosed.

Requirement: Implementation ability - personnel.
It is required that the supplier is capable of implementing the assignment in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s requirements.
It is therefore required that the supplier has sufficient human resource capacity to carry out the assignment.
Requirement: Implementation ability - equipment.
It is therefore required that the supplier has sufficient equipment capacity to carry out the assignment.
Requirement: Quality control.
The assignment will require suppliers with systems for quality control and efficient flow of goods.
Requirement: Experience from corresponding assignments.
It is required that the supplier has good experience from corresponding assignments.
