Enterprise 2403 Construction related Interiors - Psychiatric and Service building comprises all interior light walls, system and glass walls, ceilings, flooring work, surface work and structural support for WHS, electrical work and equipment.
The enterprise shall be carried out as a clerk of works controlled enterprise. Typical work will be joisting and cladding with panels on climate walls (limited area), mounting of interior plaster walls, general system ceilings - some fixed plaster ceilings, painting and decorating, tiles, floor coverings for floors and stairs, delivery and installation of pre-fabricated cold and freezer rooms, installation of rails for interior concrete stairs, making holes and cladding of mounting frames for wall-mounted toilets and sinks. Some parts of the work, such as pre-fabricated cold and freezer rooms, rail installation in interior stairs; including work, assembly, production and workshop drawings will involve supplier’s engineering design.
Engineering enterprises and construction of building shell and facade work will run in parallel and shall be co-ordinated with other work.
