The assignment comprises hire of joint project engineering competence (group assignment) for the design of pre-project, as well as options for detailed project engineering, for the extension of Nordbyen Omsorgssenter (nursing home) at Gjøvik, in accordance with conditions stated in tender documents.

The tender documents contain a request for option prices on the detailed design respectively for: architectural services, design of technical systems and consulting engineering services including building other subjects.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

(6) Other documentation required (please state below).

Supplier shall have a good HSE system and be up-to-date with payment of taxes and charges.

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years;

Supplier shall have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;

Supplier shall have the technical and professional capacity to carry out the assignment.
