Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— Supplier shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

— Supplier shall be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Management's nnual accounts including auditor's notes.

Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 1 year, based on last known accounting figures.

The credit rating shall be carried out by a publically approved credit evaluation company.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Supplier shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Supplier shall, by a publically approved credit evaluation company, obtain rating A or better for the last 3 years, or equivalent if the av credit evaluation company has a different evaluation system.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Supplier shall have actor agreement with Nasdaq OMX.

— Supplier shall have experience from procurement agreements for a minimum of 50 GWh.

— Contracted manpower shall have the necessary competence to execute the assignment.

— Supplier's staff shall have a minimum of 5 years experience of trading in the market.

— Supplier shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system for the services to be delivered.

— Supplier shall have a clear understanding of the effect on external environment.

— Actor agreement.

— Confirmation that supplier has delivered management in total, as well as the volume of the three largest agreements. References with contact person(s) and telephone number(s) shall be stated for the 3 largest agreements. References will only be contacted if needed.

Overview of CVs (with authorisations where this is required) with descriptions of formal education and work experience for each person in the assignment.

— A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company, a copy of the system certificate or equivalent documentation.

Completed HSE and environmental declaration, Attachment 4 to tender documents, (Part 2, Environment).
