The Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs, the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development and the Ministry of the Environment execute collection of knowledge of effects and ripple effects of increased focus on value creation such as tourism and fishery related activities.
The knowledge which is obtained shall be used as basis for the next updating of the management plan. The subjects for knowledge collection will i.a. include ripple effects from society and businesses set in interaction with regional and local authorities.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into an agreement regarding a study of the value creation potential by using eco system services in the Barents sea-Lofoten. A further description of the study is given in annex 1.
