This contract is part of the E6 road project Trondheim - Stjørdal, a project consisting of several contracts. Contract T-F-E-2 "Strandveiparken og grøntentreprise" comprises, among other things, construction of Strandveiparken and the establishment of green areas at Strindheim, Gildheim-Grillstad and Pirbrua-Møllenberg. The contract also comprises detailed design and preparation of working drawings, including pin data.
The work includes preparation of a new park with, amongst other things, ball court, water feature, planting of trees, bushes and shrubs, setting kerb stones, shelter, concrete and walls. For further description see the tender documents.

Options:

In connection with this contract there is the possibility of an option for work in the following areas:

— Bromstadvegens extension,

— Tunga - Rotvoll,

— Møllenberg (area where the wooden houses are to be moved back),

— E6 Trondheim - Stjørdal, Stjørdal section (2 roundabouts on E6),

The work includes green works specified elsewhere in the contract.

The scope for the options named above are not published and these should not be priced. Award authority retains the right to make use of the option to the extent they may wish within a stipulated frame of approx. 5 000 000 NOK. The unit prices in this contract will be used as far as this is possible if contractor makes use of the options.

The options give no right to increase the rig records as long as work is performed during the transfer through the time set for this contract.

The work performed as an option shall, before work commence, be clearly defined and agreed. In such agreement it must be clear that the work is to be understood as part of the option and not as a form of additional work or an adjustment of the contract.
