Development of methods for measuring radioactivity in waste from the oil and gas industry

The Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests tenders for testing of various types of existing measuring instruments/measuring equipment as well as development and description of measuring methods in connection with use of measuring instruments/detectors. The equipment subject to tests are used in connection with measuring of radioactivity in waste from the oil and gas sector as described in the annex to this tender notice, named "Invitation to tender, etc".
The assignments will probably involve several meetings in the Awarding Authority’s premises, regardless of testing of methods on off-shore/on-shore installations, laboratory work in laboratory owned/provided by the service provider.
The contract will also include i.a. reports with complete technical descriptions, method recommendations and user instructions. Deadline for delivery of final report subsequent to executed testing, etc. is 15.12.2012.

The tenderer must submit documentation of the company’s organisation, owners and management, as well as description of the main areas in the company’s sphere of activities. If a participant not employed by the tenderer or employed by another company is engaged, a description of this must be given, including information of whom this person is and which company the person is employed in.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts);
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
