Development of Kosovo Geoportal and Metadata system

The overall objective of the project is to establish a well-functioning and transparent system accessible via Internet for dissemination of geographical data which are administered by Kosovo Cadastral Agency, i.e. a GeoPortal in addition to an information management system for metadata.
The GeoPortal shall function as a point of access to geographical information on Internet. A web portal will present information from diverse sources in a unified way. Through the GeoPortal, the user be will able to search and read data which is stored in the databases at KCA. The user can also order copies of the information. Data from other data providers may also be available via the GeoPortal.

The offered price will determine if the development of the metadata system is included in the contract.

In addition, the support agreement may be extended for more than the first year. This will be decided during the project period.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
