Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS hereby invites suppliers to a negotiated tender contest in accordance with the regulations for public procurement for purchase of detailing and implementation of management development program.
Please note that this procurement is divided into two parts. Suppliers can submit tenders for both alternatives, or select to tender for just one of the alternatives.
The contract is divided into the following alternatives:
Alternative 1:
Development and execution of management development programme:
— First Line Managers,
— Middle Managers,
— Top Executives.
Managment audit (360-degree survey).
Management Team Development (This point may be an option).
Alternative 2:
Development of:
— Talent Development Programme,
— Development of Internal Supervisors,
— Trainee Programme.
Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS allows suppliers to submit prices for one or both of the alternatives.
